Ingredients
  

  • 5 Potatoes, Red or Yellow
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • oregano fresh or dried to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven or gril to 350
  • Cover sheet pan with parchment paper or slippat mat
  • Cut potatoes into thin wedges, leave skin on
  • Place potatoes on the sheet pan and add the olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano
  • Toss well to coat
  • Arrange potato wedges in a single layer
  • Cook for 30 minutes. There is no need to flip them. One side will brown up nicely. Once tossed together on your plate or in a serving bowl, it will look like both sides are browned up. No need to spend the time flipping them.
